Howard earned his Ph.D. at Michigan State University. He completed three half-time internships including a specialized internship in Family Therapy. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Bonem joined a local psychology practice. Nine years later, he opened his own practice, Psychological & Behavioral Consultants. Over the next 24 years, the practice grew from one man in one office to 90 clinicians in 6 offices throughout Cuyahoga County. In April of 2013, Dr. Bonem left the large practice and opened a smaller group practice focusing on personalized, integrative care. Dr. Bonem has a special interest and training in the assessment and treatment of ADHD children. He also has extensive experience in treating children and adolescents who have anxiety disorders. Dr. Bonem works with adults and well as children and adolescents. He has extensively given presentations in the community on a variety of subjects including ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, and Parenting for the 21st century.
