Susan Berman earned her bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and her master’s degree from Temple University. She is a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. Seeing both individual adults and couples, she works with a wide range of mental health issues. This includes anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sexual/gender identity issues, trauma, grief and loss, and marital issues. She has received extensive training through the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center and continues to take classes to gain more knowledge and understanding of deep emotionally-based issues. Ms. Berman’s approach to psychotherapy is about developing insight and awareness into areas of concern for patients and, with a fuller understanding, create a better opportunity for people to alter undesirable patterns of behavior.
