Luci Beattie is a clinical social worker with over 25 years of being educated about mental health by her patients and their families. Luci’s experiences in hospitals, outpatient mental health settings, and private practice have provided her with the skills to conduct a thorough assessment and prescribe therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual or family’s needs and/or specific goals. Luci endorses a holistic approach to mental health treatment and recognizes the importance of collaboration with other providers and an individual’s support system. Luci earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Case Western Reserve University and her Masters in Social Work from The University of Pennsylvania. She completed the Advanced Training Program in the Clinical Practice of Cognitive Therapy at the Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy. Luci works with adolescents over the age of 16 years as well as adults including older adults. She has expertise in the treatment of adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, chronic illness, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, mood disorders, management of stress, and the multi-diagnostic adolescent.
