Carol Gee, Ph. D. emigrated from her native Hong Kong as a teenager. She attended high school and college in the United States. Dr. Gee received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University in 1987. Since then, she has worked in both private and institutional settings. As a pediatric psychologist at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, she provided clinical services to children and families. She also organized and presented seminars for patients and professionals on different aspects of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. She entered private practice with Psychological and Behavioral Consultants from 1990 to 2002. She then worked as a solo practitioner until 2013. In 2013, she reunited with old friends and associates when she joined Partners for Behavioral Health and Wellness.

In over 25 years of clinical Practice, Dr. Gee has had extensive training and experience working with a wide range of client populations including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She has expertise in developmental and learning issues, numerous adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. She also has specialized training in evaluation and long-term therapy for autistic spectrum disorders and bipolar disorder. Dr. Gee also has special interest and experience working with couples and families on communication and relationship problems.
